We offer non-cash payment options to provide you with the highest level of comfort. You can easily make an advance payment or pay the full cost of the program using your bank card in rubles, tenges, hryvnias, or euros, with a small fee. We also offer the option to pay using USDT through a cryptocurrency wallet, with no extra fees.

Flexible and Easy Payment for Trips

 For our group trips, there’s no need for an upfront payment You can pay for the trip during the journey or when you board the bus. If you book a private program for five people or more, we may ask for a small advance payment of $5 per person. Some programs that include flight tickets or special arrangements may require advance payment.

Convenient Payment Methods

 No need to search for someone to make the payment Upon arrival, our representative will inform you of the amount to be paid, whether in cash (USD, EUR, or EGP). If the trip requires an advance payment for flight tickets, you can pay the amount directly in cash to our representative.

Refunding the Advance Payment for Trips

If you face an unexpected situation and need to refund your advance payment, we guarantee flexibility and a quick response. Here’s what you need to know about refunds:

If you paid in cash or via a bank card transfer, and the trip didn’t take place due to our mistake, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel the program more than 24 hours before the trip, you are entitled to a refund.

However, please note that if the trip requires purchasing flight tickets, the advance payment will not be refundable once the tickets have been purchased.

How to Refund

 You can receive your refund either in cash or via a bank card transfer in rubles, at the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed, or according to the rate on the day the payment was made. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

What to Do If the Organizers Don’t Fulfill Their Obligations Properly

If the program doesn’t match the description on the WEBSITE or if the service provided falls short of expectations, here are the steps you should take:

Document the Situation: Take photos and videos that accurately capture the issue, as this will help you document what happened.

Contact the Management: If you are on the trip, ask the guide or accompanying person to immediately get in touch with the organizer’s management to address the situation.

We are committed to ensuring that your experience is seamless and enjoyable. If any issues arise, we will do our best to resolve them quickly and effectively.

Our Online Service Is Not Responsible for Refunds

We provide ongoing support and assistance during working hours, from 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM Cairo time. However, please note that payments are made directly to the trip organizers during the journey or via a bank card transfer, and there is no direct financial or business relationship between you and us.

If you encounter any issues with the program or service provided, we’re here to assist. Simply send us supporting materials, such as photos or videos that explain the situation, and we’ll forward them to the organizer’s management to resolve the issue quickly in your favor.
