What is included in the excursion program*:

  • – Transfer to the ATV Base:    The trip starts around 4:30 PM (3:30 PM in winter) and takes about 20-30 minutes, depending on your hotel location.– Arrival at the Base:    You’ll receive quick instructions on how to use the equipment (it’s very easy to control).– Desert Tour:    Enjoy an hour of riding an ATV or a horse-drawn carriage, with stops for photos along the way.– Camel Ride:  

      A short experience lasting about 5 minutes for camel riding and taking pictures.

    – Dinner in a Bedouin Village:  

      Enjoy a meal that includes chicken, rice, and salad, along with entertainment featuring belly dancing and traditional performances.

    – Return to the Safari Base.

    – Return to the Hotel:  

      You’ll head back around 9:30 PM (8:30 PM in winter), depending on where your hotel is located.

Additional Information:

– Vehicle Weight:

If you request an ATV for two people and the total weight exceeds 150 kg, an additional ATV will be provided at an extra cost. Alternatively, one person may stay at the base without a refund. If someone cannot drive a separate vehicle, they will be transported as a passenger with another person or with an instructor, with no possibility of a refund.

 

– Dinner Wait Time:

In winter, the wait for dinner after the safari may take from one to two hours due to scheduling for all bases. If this is important to you, we recommend choosing a program without dinner.

 

– Type of Vehicles:

In Egypt, all ATVs are standardized and are not classified as single or double. The mentioned price includes dinner and transport to and from the trip.

 

– Equipment Condition:

Due to the economic situation in Egypt, updating the fleet of vehicles is challenging. However, the equipment is regularly checked, and necessary measures are taken to maintain it. If you are offered unsuitable equipment, please contact our booking department immediately, and we will reach out to management to resolve the issue.

 

– Number of Units:

The group can have up to 10-20 units of equipment.

The organizers have a variety of vehicles in their fleet: cars, minivans and comfortable buses. All vehicles are equipped with air conditioning and safety systems. For long trips, buses with toilets are provided. In addition, the equipment constantly undergoes technical and sanitary inspection, and also meets all the requirements of a tourist permit. Drivers undergo mandatory checks with the tourist police before each long trip.
We work without prepayment. All group excursions are paid for directly on the bus or during the excursion. Exceptions are individual excursions, as well as tours where you need to book airline tickets or issue documents that require prepayment. Basic programs are paid for during the transfer or at the beginning of the excursion. You do not need to look for someone to pay – the organizer’s employee will come to you. Payment is possible in cash in dollars, euros and Egyptian pounds. For your convenience, transfers to a bank card in rubles, hryvnias and euros at the current exchange rate or to a crypto wallet in USDT are also provided, which can be made in advance. Egypt is a country with strict regulations, especially in the tourism sector. In order for vehicles or yachts to go on an excursion, it is necessary to obtain the relevant permits from the police and military on a daily basis. If the organizers do not have a license to engage in tourism activities, they will not be able to obtain these permits. Therefore, for some excursions, we may request your details or photos of vouchers and passports (this applies to sea excursions in Sharm El Sheikh, individual excursions and some group excursions if travel outside the city is required. For other excursions, permits are issued only for the number of participants, and passport details are not required).
Unfortunately, some hotel guides try to convince tourists that insurance does not apply to tour organizers other than their tour company. This is completely untrue. Firstly, your travel insurance covers the entire territory of Egypt, just like the tour companies. Secondly, if you travel by ship, bus or other transport, the organizer bears full insurance liability for passengers. Otherwise, he will not receive permission to engage in tourist activities. Egypt has strict tourist regulations, and permits are required before each excursion.
We always remind you that it is important to check your belongings and not to forget them when you get off the bus or yacht at the end of the excursion. If you lose something, it will be quite difficult to return it, as the transport leaves for cleaning, and there are difficulties with Egyptian logistics.
