– The group can accommodate 10-20 units of equipment.

– If you want to ride a camel, it’s best to inform your guide in advance or approach them directly. Note that the Bedouins may request a tip at your discretion. If you are asked to pay an extra amount, please let us know immediately.

– If the total weight of two people exceeds 150 kg when requesting a double ATV, a separate ATV will be provided at an additional cost, or one person will stay at the base with no refund for the paid amount. If one person cannot drive a separate ATV, they will be transferred as a passenger or to the instructor, and the cost will not be refundable.

– According to Egyptian law, only those over 15 years old are allowed to operate the equipment. If you are younger but have experience, you can try to negotiate with the guide.

– All ATVs in Egypt are standardized and are not divided into single and double units. The mentioned price includes transportation to and from the trip.

– Due to the economic situation in Egypt, updating the fleet of ATVs poses challenges for organizers. However, the condition of the equipment is constantly monitored, and all necessary measures are taken to ensure its safety. If you are offered unsuitable equipment, please contact our booking department immediately, and we will liaise with management to resolve the issue.

– You can also arrange for an individual trip for an additional $10, regardless of the number of people. You will be able to travel at a pace that suits you, in agreement with your companion (moving to a group trip). What types of buses or transfers do you provide?

The organizers have a variety of vehicles in their fleet: cars, minivans and comfortable buses. All vehicles are equipped with air conditioning and safety systems. For long trips, buses with toilets are provided. In addition, the equipment constantly undergoes technical and sanitary inspection, and also meets all the requirements of a tourist permit. Drivers undergo mandatory checks with the tourist police before each long trip.

How and when is the excursion paid for?

We work without prepayment. All group excursions are paid for directly on the bus or during the excursion. Exceptions are individual excursions, as well as tours where you need to book airline tickets or issue documents that require prepayment. Basic programs are paid for during the transfer or at the beginning of the excursion. You do not need to look for someone to pay – the organizer’s employee will come to you. Payment is possible in cash in dollars, euros and Egyptian pounds. Do you have a license to engage in tourism activities?

Egypt is a country with strict regulations, especially in the tourism sector. In order for vehicles or yachts to go on an excursion, it is necessary to obtain the relevant permits from the police and military on a daily basis. If the organizers do not have a license to engage in tourism activities, they will not be able to obtain these permits. Therefore, for some excursions, we may request your details or photos of vouchers and passports (this applies to sea excursions in Sharm El Sheikh, individual excursions and some group excursions if travel outside the city is required. For other excursions, permits are issued only for the number of participants, and passport details are not required).

Is insurance provided during the excursion?

Unfortunately, some hotel guides try to convince tourists that insurance does not apply to tour organizers other than their tour company. This is completely untrue. Firstly, your travel insurance covers the entire territory of Egypt, just like the tour companies. Secondly, if you travel by ship, bus or other transport, the organizer bears full insurance liability for passengers. Otherwise, he will not receive permission to engage in tourist activities. Egypt has strict tourist regulations, and permits are required before each excursion.

How to return forgotten items during/after the excursion?

We always remind you that it is important to check your belongings and not to forget them when you get off the bus or yacht at the end of the excursion.
